Introduction
The Beijing Institute for General Artificial Intelligence (BIGAI) is a non-profit, new-type research and development organization supported by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Ministry of Science and Technology, in collaboration with prestigious institutions such as Peking University and Tsinghua University. It was founded and is led by Professor Zhu Songchun, a renowned global expert in computer vision, statistics and applied mathematics, and artificial intelligence. The mission of BIGAI is to pursue the theory of unity, create general intelligent agents, and enhance the well-being of all humanity. It adheres to the construction philosophy of "serving national strategies and leading world innovation," aiming at the forefront of international general artificial intelligence technology and interdisciplinary national demands. BIGAI consists of two major centers: the Frontier Research Center and the Advanced Technology Center. The Frontier Research Center is mainly responsible for exploring the unified theory of artificial intelligence, generating technologies and original research results, and conducting cutting-edge scientific research to enable AI with human-like thinking capabilities. It focuses on seven research directions, including general vision, robotics, natural language processing, cognition and reasoning, machine learning, multi-agent systems, and simulation and interaction. The Advanced Technology Center is mainly responsible for developing autonomous general intelligent agents that align with human values, creating fundamental, open, and general artificial intelligence systems and engineering platforms, establishing standards for general artificial intelligence technology and applications. Its key tasks include the development of a general artificial intelligence operating system and a general artificial intelligence programming language.

Job Positions
Researcher
PhD degree in computer science, mathematics, or related fields, with a strong academic background and outstanding independent research and innovation capabilities. Must have published papers in top international journals or conferences.
Achievements in at least one of the following fields: computer vision, natural language processing, robotics, cognitive science, machine learning, multi-agent systems, meta-intelligence, or embodied intelligence.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with a strong spirit of teamwork.
Research Engineer
Master's or PhD degree in computer science or related fields.
Strong understanding and knowledge of the field of artificial intelligence.
Solid programming skills, proficiency in data structures and algorithms, and proficiency in at least two programming languages.
Passion for programming and algorithm research, strong learning abilities, and the ability to keep up with the latest industry technologies.
Research engineers must have published papers in AI-related journals or conferences.
Postdoctoral Fellow
